Shaken

I have really been shaken since Easter. Unable to enjoy a film, even. Just as I was beginning to recover, a week later, home-birth happened.

Home-Birth, friends, is anti-relational-holocaust. It is one of the few things we have left, that connects us directly back to Genesis. I was so conscience of it (due greatly to the season of Lent), that for the first time, I had an emotional reaction to a birth of ours, embracing it as I had not been able to do before.

I still remain shaken, unable to know what to do with the symbolism.
