I guess, at the end of the day, I voted this week out of fear of Sarah Palin, than out of hope for Barack Obama (though, I like him). but Sarah Palin is only a symbol that empowered me to feel as if I could oppress another voice that sounded too much like the voice of George Bush. and the real issue is that, I have such deep seated disdain, hurt, and hate for the Bush administration, that I felt like it was a legitimate way for me to state a solid "FUCK YOU" to the last eight years, and all the supporters of those self-serving motherfuckers.

and all the bullshit said about Obama being a Muslim or a terrorist or the anti-christ or worse, a socialist - only reinforced those feelings.

that is why I voted - which is heavy, and unreconciled - but very real.

Well, I should stop pointing fingers; reserve my judgment of all those public action figures, the cowboy presidents.
